The use of palm kernel meal and coconut is restriction in broiler feed due to the high crude fiber content, caused by mixture shells. This study aims analyze nutrient i.e., protein before after using wet separation molecular weight approach. process for was carried out 6 hours obtain a precipitate. that have been separated divided into 3 fractions, upper, middle lower.
